Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads, explain offers clearly, and prepare them for sales.
Maintain call logs, lead database, and prepare daily/weekly call reports.
Meet individual telemarketing targets and contribute to team goals.
Work closely with the marketing/sales team to execute campaigns effectively.
Any other necessary work assigned by the management.
