Responsibilities & Context:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.

  • Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding our products or services.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the brand.

  • Collaborate on promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
