Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage front desk activities including receiving guests, responding to queries, and maintaining visitor logs.

  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Handle incoming calls, route messages, manage official phone inquiries, and support internal/external communication smoothly.

  • Assist in documentation, courier management, receiving letters/packages, and maintaining registers.

  • Support operational and administrative tasks assigned by the department.

  • Ensure security protocols for visitor entry, ID management, and monitoring check-ins and check-outs. Coordinate with security team as required.

  • Assist senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external visitors with required information and maintain a professional and helpful attitude.

  • Monitor front office supplies, stationery, and ensure availability of materials for routine activities.
