Administrative Support
Manage the Managing Director calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communication Management
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
Draft letters, reports, and internal memos.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Managing Director.
Organize events, conferences, or business meetings as needed.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Handle personal and professional matters with tact and discretion.
Information & File Management
Organize and maintain documents, records, and files (both digital and physical).
Retrieve and present information quickly when required.
Liaison Role
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with department heads and staff on behalf of the Managing Director.
Task & Project Follow-Up
Monitor progress of delegated tasks and projects.
Ensure deadlines are met and report back to the Managing Director
Time Management
Help the Managing Director prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
Remind and prepare the Chairman for important meetings and deadlines.

Coordinate overseas recruitment activities and support manpower processing operations
Communicate with foreign clients, agents, and internal departments professionally.
Assist management in candidate screening, documentation follow-up, and recruitment coordination.
Handle official correspondence (email, WhatsApp, reports, proposals)
Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and follow-up schedules.
Support senior management in meetings, coordination, and official tasks.
Represent the company professionally in client interactions, office visits, and coordination meetings.
Any other responsibilities assigned by management as required.
