∎ Welcome everyone cordially and convey the message of visitors to the concerned person.
∎ Manage seating arrangement for guests & visitors in the waiting room until the concerned person arrives.
∎ Receive & distribute necessary letters.
∎ Call forwarding & receiving in reception.
∎ Ensuring the assigned area is clean and tidy.
