∎ Thinkcrypt is seeking a skilled and experienced React JS Trainer to lead a three-month comprehensive training course aimed at teaching React JS and JavaScript to our enthusiastic students. The prime objective of this course is not only to impart in-depth knowledge of the specified technologies but also to guide students in developing their own personal portfolios.
Job Responsibilities:

∎ Course Development and Delivery:
∎ Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering React JS, JavaScript, and related technologies to meet the course objectives.
∎ Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensible to the students.
∎ Practical Project Guidance:
∎ Assist and mentor students in building their personal portfolios by guiding them through real-world projects.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.

∎ Assessment and Feedback:
∎
∎ Develop and administer assessments to gauge student progress.
∎ Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
∎
∎ Continuous Improvement:
∎ Continuously update and enhance the course content in response to student feedback, technological advancements, and industry trends.

∎ Student Support and Mentoring:
∎ Offer office hours or additional sessions to assist students with doubts, ensuring no learner is left behind.
∎ Provide career guidance and mentorship related to React JS and the broader industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years

∎ Key Qualifications
∎ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
∎ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with React JS.
∎ Teaching Experience: Proven experience in training or teaching, particularly in a virtual environment, is highly desirable.
