Educational Requirements:
∎ Literacy. Desirable secondary education
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that messages are well copied/passed to all people concerned and records the messages. Responding to telephone contacts within the organization and sharing the difficulties.
∎ Making telephone contacts with reference bases (capital and/or field) according to communication rules / schedules and forwards all information concerning the security of the teams to the Supervisor.
∎ Monitoring, tracking and registering any movement, of people, vehicles and cargo, (departure, arrival, number of passengers, route taken, standard contact points) and informs line manager of any delays.
∎ Tracking & verifying if the log books are properly filled in the vehicles.
∎ Following up vehicle maintenance so that the vehicle is working properly and immediately informing the line manager of any damage/accident.
∎ Communicating with departments for weekly/ daily movement plans & informing respective departments in case of any delay.
∎ Ensuring daily & weekly checks of the vehicles are performed & informing line manager in case of irregularities.
∎ Participation in team meeting at the request of the manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Desirable work experience as radio operator in related jobs
∎ Knowledge about Vehicle Tracking Software/Online Tracker
Salary: Tk. 35090 - 42108 (Monthly)
