∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chat online with customers seeking assistance and recommendations for product selections.
∎ Answer calls/messenger queries professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, obtain details of complaints and provide solution.
∎ Good Knowledge in social media and able to manage related stuff. Understanding the Rules of social media for writing/texts.
∎ Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard.
∎ Receiving orders via Facebook Messenger, Comments, Website, Hotline (Mobile Call) and other sources of communication.
∎ Processing Orders via Courier Services and providing feedbacks/instructions to the courier services as and when required.
∎ Verify data and correct data where necessary.
∎ Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content Ability to communicate promotional activities and campaigns to prospective customers.
∎ Handling of all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Submitting periodic reports to management on all after sales activities.
∎ Report time to time to Supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year(s) experience in E-commerce at any reputed organization.
∎ Both male and females are encouraged to apply
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following business area(s):E-commerce, Technology
∎ Must be proficient in MS 'Excel', MS 'Word', Google Docs, Google Sheets and internet-based applications
∎ Should have a good typing speed at the same time maintaining accuracy
∎ Strong command over the English (written) and Bangla (writing and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge of social media is an advantage
∎ Excellent grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills
∎ Proofreading experience will get preference
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
