Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
Computer Skills:
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office

Responsibilities & Context:
Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; Monitor timely completion of Contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site condition & measurement, BOQ, contract, Quality standards, RFI, and daily progress report.
Must have work experience with Government Engineering Projects.
Having experience in construction of Buildings, Road, Runway & Bridge etc estimation.
Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction ERP process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering estimate.
Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.
Billing for extra-items/non-BOQ items.
Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
To take the measurement from the site engineer.
Review the quantities item listed.
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
