• BSc in Civil Engineering

• Must have 8 years of practical experience in Bridge Constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Computer Skills:

• AutoCAD (Will be given preference)

• Microsoft Office (Should be proficient in excel)

Other Skills:

• Must have experience in Bridge Project.

• Strategic planning.

• Project management.

• Teamwork.

• Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skill.

• Strong verbal and written skills.

• Job Location: Initially at Pabna, later anywhere in Bangladesh.

Context:

• TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is considered one of the promising construction companies in Bangladesh. The activities of TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED includes but are not limited to (i) Civil constructions such as Runway Construction, Road Construction (Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement), Bridges, Multi-Storied Buildings, Culverts, RCC drainage structures, etc. (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; Monitor timely completion of Contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site condition & measurement, BOQ, contract, Quality standards, RFI, and daily progress report.

• Must have experience in construction of Bridge and capable of preparing BBS.

• Must have work experience with Government Engineering Projects.

• Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction ERP process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering/Formwork estimation.

• Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.

• Billing for extra-items/non-BOQ items.

• Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.

• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.

• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.

• To take the measurement from site engineers.

• Review the quantities item listed.

• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

• Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
