Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
Work closely with contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; monitoring timely completion of contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site condition & measurement, BOQ, contract, quality standards, RFI, and daily progress report.
Must have work experience with Government Engineering Projects.
Having experience in construction of High-Rise Buildings, Roads, Runway & Bridge etc estimation.
Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation of bill & BOQ preparation. Early budget estimation regarding company rule & regulation, sanctioning ERP process.
Knowledge of shuttering estimation.
Billing Procedures from client & contractor side.
Billing for extra-items/non-BOQ items.
Rate analysis on DSR abstract invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
To take the measurement from the site engineer.
Reviewing the quantities item listed.
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
