∎ Job Context: The incumbent will be responsible for performing quality control checks on products during the production cycle to ensure strict adherence and standards to deliver good quality garments to the customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process
∎ Ensure quality of products manufactured from fit & PP sample stage to final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Co-ordinate with QAM and QA regarding quality, fit and measurements and ensure smooth flow of production
∎ Check and reconfirm accuracy of samples prior to dispatch to office / customer tech to ensure first time approval
∎ Shrinkage / Pattern Grouping, adjustments and decision to the Productions
∎ Overlook all aspect of washing required & knowledge about basic fabric inspection by the customer
∎ Handling cutting, print, embroidery, production, finishing issues and provide solutions and options to ease production
∎ Obtain approval for cost effective and feasible methods and options
∎ Deal with IQA/ Quality auditors and technicians for necessary for quality, measurement and technical related issues and ensure to delivery customer required levels
∎ Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years relevant experience in Quality control and management
∎ Preferably working experience as certified QA/Quality Technician from a reputed Brand
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Outerwear: Padded, Fake down, Down, Seam sealed, CWS (Jackets, Technical Outfit & Sportswear), Quality Control, basic on printing, heat seal, embroidery and washing
∎ Should have good working experience with Top sportswear brands
∎ The candidate should have experienced in the field of Sample Section, print, embroidery, washing, merchandising, Pattern Maker & QA
∎ Technical Job Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in textile and print will be a definite advantage
∎ Should have thorough knowledge about garment measurement & patterns
∎ Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality operations and procedures
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
