Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first aid and primary medical treatment to employees for injuries and illnesses.
Assist the Medical Officer during employee consultations and medical examinations.
Dispense medicines as prescribed by the Medical Officer.
Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and daily/monthly health reports.
Ensure the availability of medicines, medical equipment, and first aid supplies in the medical centre.
Maintain confidentiality of employees' medical information.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
