• The applicants must have experience for Sweater Manufacturing Industry as a Quality / Technical Manager.

• The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of sweater production.

• Able to follow up the bulk production.

• Profound Knowledge of quality control methods and processes.

• Instruct the concerned team about critical operations, find solutions to any quality issues, and provide technical guidance as necessary.

• Documents and updates inspection results by completing reports and logs.

• Understand production processes for sweater division, conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.

• Ability to understand the challenges in different production processes and take preventive measures as necessary to overcome the challenges.

• Familiarity with sweater manufacturing processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing all technical audit related documentation.

• Ensuring to update Technical Audit as per buyer’s requirement.

• Overseeing and ensuring the quality control of products, maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with the production unit to provide guidance on quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues.

• The Quality Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• Monitor the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery

• Ensure all quality parameters during new sample development

• Monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports

• Monitor PP Meeting, size-set follow-up, line plan, inline inspection by maintaining organization standard

• Follow-up output plan and TNA

• Monitor risk assessment, quality gap and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools.

• Check production plan, execution, ensure all delivery challan, testing report of all product to confirm quality conformance as well as any unauthorized activities

• Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and final inspection in the Factory.

• Check and ensure pattern size and confirm it for bulk production according to buyer instructions.

• Communicate with the Yarn department regarding the yarn quality and assist the yarn QA to ensure online quality control and reporting of the yarn.

• Approve and work with the merchandiser for the yarn and all accessories quality issues of final bulk production.

• Follow up Inline checking and reporting in the knitting, linking, mending, iron and finishing department.

• Rectify the knitting & Linking defect and ensure the accurate shape and design of the product as per the client’s requirement.

• Checking out and reporting to the proper channel of all the accessories in-house for bulk production.

• Check the fitting of the garments as per the buyer measurement chart and follow the spec sheet.

• Communicate with the buyer’s representative and follow their time-to-time instructions accurately.

• Checking and matching the accessories such as sewing threads, buttons, care labels, size labels, main labels, photo board poly bag, Carton etc. as per customer requirement.

• Maintain and ensure excellent business helpful relative ship with the factory Management as well as the buyer.

• Keeping strong follow-ups on quality and technical issues and giving solutions.

• Coordinate PP meetings with the team and buyer QC till knitting .

• Make and execute QC’s daily working plan.

• In-process and end line, quality control process Implement and monitor.

• Focus and follow up on the quality of the finished goods.

• Reduce the gap between pre-final inspection and final inspection.

• Have full control of quality control activities throughout the garments industry.
