Education:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Additional professional training in textile printing will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Sound knowledge of production planning, quality control, compliance, and lean manufacturing practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
10-15 years of experience in the knit garments printing industry. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role (Head/Manager of Printing).
Strong expertise in Pigment, Reactive, Rubber, Puff, High Density, Foil, Glitter, Discharge, Silicone, and other specialty printing techniques.
Experience working with internationally recognized buyers.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall Printing Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Plan, monitor, and control all printing activities to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, color standards, and approved print specifications.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams for on-time shipment.
Optimize productivity, minimize wastage, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Troubleshoot printing-related technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Supervise and develop departmental staff through training and performance management.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and factory compliance standards.
Prepare departmental reports, KPIs, and production analyses for management.
