∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline or Diploma course/equivalent. Education qualification can be relax for highly skilled person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring all section as assigned
∎ Allocating the QC Inspectors as per workload and monitoring their work,
∎ Train up all inspector's supervisors as required
∎ Approve batch samples,
∎ Reporting MST, RIR, AQL
∎ Daily QC report preparation
∎ Conducting daily QC and Production meeting
∎ RM defect report as assigned
∎ Raw material testing report as required
∎ Process functional testing report
∎ Maintain defective part documentation like deviation request, Inspection reports etc.
∎ Should be aware of 7QC tools and other terms used in quality function
∎ Quarantining Defects to minimize loss (material & Rework) when issues arise
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years practical experience in related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience following area(s) Quality, Production and preferable, Garments and Footwear Industries.
∎ Knowledge: Quality Comparison, AQL standards, Calibrations, Quality tools, Specific process control
∎ Skill: Problem solving, managing people, Computer MS Excel, graphs, Outlook.
∎ Physical requirement: Strong, healthy and energetic.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Two Festival bonuses, Yearly Increment, Provident fund, WPPF, Earn Leave Encashment etc. as per company policy.
