• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Engineering

• The individual must have master`s / Graduate / Textile Engineering from any reputed university in Bangladesh.

• Experience: At least 10 to 15 years (Denim wash )

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

• Experience: At least 10 years of relevant working experience (essential); (Denim wash)

• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• Especially, the Experience of Buyers like; Kontoor, otto, LPP, ZARA, H&M, WE, M&S. Guess.

• Skills Required: QUALITY ASSURANCE, Washing quality, Communication Skill

• Strong work ethic in work;

• Reporting skills, and computer skills.

Location: Pagar Tongi Gazipur

Responsibility:

• Lead and develop an effective, fruitful and challenging Quality team of dry & wet and sample who are responsible for all quality related assignments/ issues also focusing on customer tend.

• Make sure right garments receiving from the sewing unit and deliver the right products to finishing as per customer requirements.

• Wash PP meeting needs to conduct and PP meeting callouts distribute among the team including sewing unit.

• 1st bulk wash review must need to do with wash & sewing floor technician/ managers/ related;

• All precaution has to take before going random bulk production.

• Need to have a clear idea about pattern correction as well as products measurement.

• Sometimes need to take additional approval from buying with logical explanation.

• Check daily QA reports and analyze also give feedback for corrective and predictive action.

• Need to have good technical knowledge about R&D, Shade Band, TOP, GTP, Shipment samples Etc. and take necessary measured to pass all samples in right time.

• Need to maintain a smooth relationship/ communication with sewing/ finishing unit as well as buying technician/merchandising/ QA for pain free shipment.

• Ensure that safety, controlling wash rejection/ rework & reduce DHU and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
