Job Context

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the entire Quality Assurance & Quality Control operations of our sweater Factory. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and final inspection for international brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full QA & QC team across knitting, linking, washing, finishing & packing.

• Establish, implement, and monitor quality procedures, SOPs, and standards for sweater production.

• Ensure inline, pre-final, and final inspections meet buyer requirements.

• Analyse quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Communicate with buyers/brands, auditors, and internal teams for quality-related matters.

• Ensure AQL standards, quality checkpoints, and risk assessments are strictly followed.

• Conduct factory audits, buyer quality visits, and readiness assessments.

• Monitor production quality performance & prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management.

• Train & guide quality inspectors, supervisors, and line QC teams.
