Strong knowledge of sweater knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and packing processes
Sound understanding of AQL, buyer standards, and compliance requirements
Experience in handling international buyers and third-party inspections
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Overall responsibility for quality assurance and quality control of the Sweater Division
2. Ensure product quality according to buyer requirements and approved standards
3. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to maintain quality compliance
4. Handle buyer inspections, audits, and QC processes (inline, final inspection)
5. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
6. Develop and monitor quality systems, SOPs, and training for QC staff
7. Ensure on-time shipment with required quality standards
8. Prepare and submit quality-related reports to management
