∎ BSc in Engineering (public university preferable)/Graduate from any discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Should be special knowledge about Pitch diagrams on RCA /CAP; Problem-solving; why; TQM; Histogram; QMS; Self-reliant etc.
∎ Work experience with IE, QMS, RQS, etc.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and find the problems in process.
∎ Communicate to take corrective action plan to resolve the issues. Familiarity with
∎ Candidate should have relevant quality certifications(e.g.,ISO 9001,AQL standards, GOTS)and local regulatory requirements
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement the necessary quality controls to guarantee the final products meet the customer’s quality standards.
∎ Define the duties & responsibilities of all quality control & quality assurance work force from operator to top management by promoting continuous improvement.
∎ Define the cost of quality control & quality assurance especially assesses the added value of quality department to the final product.
∎ Analyze the company’s quality KPIs and upgrade based on the Buyer requirements.
∎ Develop the quality manual/policy align with the buyer requirement.
∎ Make/develop a training manual & plan and trained the quality team by conducting the training session as per training plan.
∎ Ensuring quality & control, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production of sewing thread.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Dealing with the inspection and ensuring a high pass rate, and working to meet buyer's quality requirements, system implementation and quality enhancement
