Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of underwear and sleepwear products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Check for defects in stitching, fabric, fit, and finishing.
Verify measurements, labels, and packaging meet client specifications.
Document inspection results and report any non-conformities to the PD team.
Collaborate with PD team to address quality issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety and ethical manufacturing standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of garment construction, especially underwear and sleepwear, is a plus.
Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to quality control processes.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with quality control standards in the garment industry.
Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric types.
Ability to use measurement tools like tape measures.
