Quality Inspection & Control

• Conduct inline and final inspections as per AQL standards.

• Inspect garments for stitching defects, measurement accuracy, fabric flaws, trims quality, and finishing issues.

• Ensure products meet buyer requirements and technical specifications.

Report Preparation

• Prepare detailed inspection reports including findings, defect analysis, and photographic evidence.

• Submit final quality reports to management, buyers, and concerned factory personnel.

Measurement & Specification Verification

• Check garment measurements according to size charts and approved samples.

• Verify workmanship, labeling, packing, and overall presentation standards.

Coordination & Communication

• Communicate quality issues to production teams for immediate corrective action.

• Coordinate with supervisors, merchandisers, and quality managers to ensure compliance.

Defect Analysis & Improvement

• Identify root causes of recurring defects.

• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve overall production quality.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to buyer compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
