∎ Knit Garments Quality Expert
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure quality in cutting section & finishing section.
∎ Need to do any other job assign by management Quality Controller Job Description Providing supervision to entire Cutting Department & Finishing Department for quality.
∎ Need to attend PP meeting and study necessary things Responsible for Quality assurance.
∎ Random checking of fabric in Cutting and Fabric Department.
∎ Random checking of fabric for shading etc.
∎ To ensure quality in cutting section & finishing section.
∎ To have statistical data of different kinds of defects what had occurred before.
∎ To find out the route causes of defects & problems.
∎ Need to involve line feeding and ensure to implemented everything related to quality.
∎ Need to supply any kind of sample if required.
∎ Need to get packing approval from merchant for every orderTo take corrective & preventive actions against problems & defects.
∎ Need to do first bulk inspection of each style together with QA manager, factory manager/Production Manager & GPQ
∎ Responsible for any kind of recheck and style mistake
∎ Responsible for defect percentage which is more than the acceptable limit.
∎ Responsible for any kind of claims/ complaints from buyers regarding quality.
