∎ Experience in the Quality Assurance field with a strong background of working with leading RMG companies in Bangladesh is essential.
∎ Proven ability to manage large production volumes and manpower effectively.
∎ Certification in Quality Assurance courses will be highly preferred.
∎ Thorough understanding of international quality standards, processes, and industry best practices.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
∎ Experience in the Quality Assurance field with a strong background of working with leading RMG companies in Bangladesh is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and buyer requirements.
∎ Oversee the implementation of QA processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in quality.
∎ Monitor the work of In-charges in Cutting, Sewing, CAD & Pattern, Washing, Finishing & Product Safety teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.
∎ Manage a large team of quality controllers, auditors, and supervisors, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
∎ Prepare and present quality reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
