∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ BSc in Engineering (public university preferable)/Graduate from any discipline
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be special knowledge about Pitch diagrams on RCA /CAP; Problem-solving; 5 why; TQM; Histogram; QMS; Self-reliant etc.
∎ Work experience with IE, QMS, RQS, etc.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and find the problems in process.
∎ Communicate to take corrective action plan to resolve the issues.
∎ Familiarity with relevant quality certifications(e.g.,ISO9001,AQLstandards,GOTS)and local regulatory requirements
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For Narrow Fabric:
∎ Ensure quality assurance procedure is maintained with proper documentation.
∎ Implement quality assurance process which requires less resources and ensures maximum quality.
∎ Focus on the quality issues at various production stage and take initiative to resolve.
∎ Review the summary of Monthly quality performance reports and communicate with the department.
∎ For Carton:
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance for carton and Ensure product quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the carton.
∎ Determine the operational quality performance of the product as per buyers' requirement
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support .
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates with production concern to achieve the quality objectives.
