Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company`s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Designing, producing, evaluating, and assessing products to determine that they meet the desired quality level for a company`s target market.
To ensure that all process are quality driven and develop a systematic approach to implement quality tools in the factory.
Make quality Evaluate of operational methods and suggest best practices to achieve global quality standards.
Drive the organization toward minimum defects rate and educate the team on various quality tools/systems and ensure each individual to adopt quality system by virtue of their will.
To motivate each individual to participate in all quality movements and educating how to envelope Quality.
Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company`s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Training to line controller (Roaming QC) on traffic light system & ensure that the traffic light system is followed properly.
Ensure that DHU percent maintained below 3% in each line & Audit passed over 90% in sewing/finishing.
Review sinitial garments to meet the bulk production as per customer requirement.
Ensure that pre- final inspection passed over 95% and final inspection passed over 99.50%.
Minimize quality accidents and drive factory towards preventing methods rather than corrective ones.
