Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline/ B.Sc in textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the customer's Quality.
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory following customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, line layout; In-line production quality control; capacity planning; final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
∎ Experience in knit washing & Printing process is a must.
∎ Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
∎ To follow 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Familiarity with European customer's requirement
∎ Coordinate with factory production team and merchandiser team
∎ Daily reporting to QA Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production, Quality Control/Audit, Quality Inspection.
∎ The Candidate must have hands on experience in Knit; preferably Heavy Knit manufacturing process.
∎ At least 3 year(s) Factory experience
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and goal oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
