∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Fiber Production & process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily Fiber Production & programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule.
∎ Ensure Fiber production per machine per day
∎ Select & set Fiber recipe discussing with Factory GM.
∎ Should be expert on special production process & all type of Fiber process.
∎ Responsible for Fiber RFT & must report to GM Factory.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material.
∎ Analyze production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Analytical skills on Fiber & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
∎ Ensure daily production report to GM as per target & follow up of schedule machine maintenance.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize Fiber cost & process loss.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
∎ Assist Production Department in all operational matters.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
∎ Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
∎ Carryout any other assignment given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have to be fluent in English.
∎ 5 years' experience in production department in spinning or fiber.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning Industry, Textile Industry, Spinning Accessories, & Spinning Mills QC
∎ Production Management (Fiber)
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
