Must be energetic, hardworking, dedicated and able to work under pressure
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

RAJA METAL INDUSTRIES is one of the largest and leading Bathroom & Kitchen Faucets manufacturer in Bangladesh since 1978. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Quality Control Officer for our company.
Responsibilities:
Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories. etc., and giving comments on production.
Monitored QC performance by gathering relevant production data.
Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
Doing inline inspection to check quality. Follow-up prefinal inspection.
Ultimately ensure the final product quality.
Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan.
Effectively interact with technical, development, and production team.
Ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis during production process.
Reduction of rejection or/and wastage during Production.
Understand product quality standard & supervise all respective workmanship solutions to the production team.
Customer claim Analysis and take corrective & Preventive Action.
