∎ Age 25 to 34 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To arrange collection of representative samples by 100% sampling or statistical sampling as appropriate as per procedure and instructions and report inspection findings.
∎ To ensure Quality Control of IPQC, Control of Documents (BMR & BPR) according to the GMP guideline.
∎ Sampling and analysis of Raw material and packaging material and prepare report.
∎ Analysis of finished product, In process sample and prepare report.
∎ To enforce and follow good laboratory practice in the quality control laboratory.
∎ DM, Purified water and potable water analysis and prepared report.
∎ ETP water analysis and reporting·
∎ To prepare specifications (STPs) for new raw materials and to undertake updating of existing products.
∎ Preparation of TS, VS, indicator and Standardization of VS.
∎ To perform QC Instrument operation & Calibration (UV, pH, Digital Balance etc.)
∎ Preparation & documentation of all new QC reagents register. To pasted the pass labels on container kept in warehouse and their proper storage.
∎ To maintain all the glassware registers & performs calibration.
∎ To train the QC Lab Assistant for smooth operations.
∎ To take responsibility in absence of QC officer
