• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Engineering/Food Technology or related discipline.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food industry, particularly in quality control or assurance roles.

• Familiarity with food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and good documentation practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Reports to QA Manager / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality control tests and inspections at various stages of production.

• Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards in the production area.

• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on quality metrics.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal SOPs.

• Assist in audits and implementation of corrective actions.

• Coordinate with production and R&D teams for quality improvements.
