• Masters

• Post Graduate in Industrial Management or related field.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• 10 years in food processing / food manufacturing industry (at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory role).

• Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, and factory operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee overall factory operations including production, quality control, and manpower management.

• Plan, organize, and optimize production schedules to meet targets.

• Monitor raw material usage, control inventory, and minimize wastage.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

• Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and management teams for smooth operations.

• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, efficiency, and costs.
