Job Responsibilities:
∎ Testing moisture level of raw jute and jute morah
∎ Checking overall jute and yarn quality.
∎ Checking jute pile temperature and keep track of the time period while the pile is stored.
∎ Under emulsion section testing emulsion oil consistency, mixture and spray level.
∎ Observe breaker card and finisher card machines whilst batch matching, checking roll weight and maintaining CBI test.
∎ Checking drawing machine efficiency, observing sliver weight and sliver mixing accuracy & Keep track of missing pin Drawing machine.
∎ Testing Yarn strength level.
∎ Checking knots, count spools and as per count check the sticker labels, slab and spool weight measuring.
∎ Checking Yarn twisting consistency.
∎ Observe finished goods quantity and weight.
∎ Preparing various reports and submits for quality control dept.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor or Head of the dept.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
