Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Day-to-day correspondence with buyers by mail, phone, or in person.
Managing all garment production-related quality control, assurance, and inspection work.
Visiting various factories on a daily basis.
Ensuring the quality management team works as per planning and standard.
Managing the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those affecting the quality of the organization's products.
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Keeping up to date on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
