SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Transformers, Energy Saving Lights, Accessories, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young and energetic Quality Control professionals for its sister concern SQ Electricals Ltd. who will be able ensure end product quality with own skill and capabilities efficiently and effectively, he must have to be and does have Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections for switches, sockets, and electrical accessories.
Ensure products comply with company quality standards and safety requirements.
Monitor production lines and identify quality issues or process deviations.
Perform testing of electrical products using standard measuring and testing equipment.
Prepare quality inspection reports, NCR reports, and daily/monthly quality summaries.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to solve quality-related problems.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects and customer complaints.
Maintain QC documents, checklists, SOPs, and quality records.
Support internal audits and compliance activities.
Train operators and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards and factory safety policies.
Monitor rejection rates and work on continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Good knowledge of electrical switch/socket manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with QC tools, testing methods, and inspection procedures.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems will be an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
