Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Raw materials sampling from truck and inspection.
∎ Properly control Raw & FG moisture Ensure as per shift.
∎ Checking and monitoring the feed production process of poultry feed, fish feed (sinking) and cattle feed. Cross check the medicine and premix weighting according to formulation. Checking the Moisture, PDI, Hardness, Hot temperature, Hot condition of feed. Checking feed Physical, Color, Size, Dust and Smell. Checking bag weight, sewing and Printing of feed bags.
∎ Sample preparation for analysis. Grinding the feed and raw materials for testing. Assist Chemist for Solution Preparation. Test Moisture, Test Protein, Test Fat, Test Fiber, Test Ash in laboratory.
∎ Hand over the shift information to next shift operator through shift handover note.
