Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor from any discipline.
∎ Training in quality management system for shirts, blouses and ladies garments.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabrics, Finishing, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check production process control.
∎ Counter check quality management system and reports.
∎ Evaluate factory quality control standard as against required standard of customer.
∎ Ensure execution of all QA standards and practices.
∎ Check the conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification etc.) from development to final approval of sample.
∎ Validate the accuracy of the paper pattern.
∎ Give feedback to Sample Section, Training School, IE Department, Production and Quality teams.
∎ Analyze all technical issues accurately and consistently.
∎ Do risk assessment of the product.
∎ Do Pre-production meeting.
∎ Approve Size Set samples.
∎ Approve Shipment Samples.
∎ Assess quality standard of the Trial Production garments.
∎ Conduct Pre-final inspection.
∎ Ensure correct quality standard for before putting up the consignment for final inspection.
∎ Flow up hourly audit.
∎ Follow up in-line, pre-final & final inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
∎ Ability to work in a fast working environment.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Good command of English.
∎ Good teamwork.
∎ Has to be proactive, dynamic and self motivated.
∎ Knowledge of Pattern Design.
∎ Basic knowledge & practical experience in CAD (Lecra)
∎ Need to write email & download file from internet.
∎ The applicants should have very good knowledge of Measuring Garments & Quality Checking.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ As per company policy.
