Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Masters from any discipline.
∎ Graduate in Textile relevant field will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Production, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Quality Assurance of the products as per customer requirement and requirement of the international standard.
∎ Making liaison with different customers, buying QC's and 3rd party inspectors and satisfy them as per their need.
∎ Build up an efficient and competent quality team and maintain a good harmony with internal and external department.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement by the management.
∎ If any style runs in more than one line approved duplicate trim card for each line.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Maintain quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Garments.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ First output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Develop and lead Quality Assurance by configuring world class Garment manufacturing and operating profit to the company.
∎ Make a bridge with Production-Quality for reducing gaps in understanding of both functions to co-ordinate with Production and Merchandising department.
∎ Manage and maintain the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments.
∎ Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters of Garments sector.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Garments sector.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement along with Technical Audit.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Factory.
Salary: Negotiable
