Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand pattern, Marker, consumption, fabrics, wash, shade, garments measurement, and AQL system.
∎ Knowledge of Quality control/Audit, QMS, TQM, QC tools, 5S.
∎ Good communication skills; both written and verbal, decision making, problem-solving, good analytical skills, statistical chart, and reporting skill.
∎ To maintain proper documentation regarding the sample and development.
∎ To review every complete sample with the manager.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/quality control for the Produced Garments.
∎ Establishing quality monitoring systems & processes, liaison with cutting, sewing, finishing, and managing quality Control deployed in a different section.
∎ To have knowledge about CAD.(If any)
∎ Provide technical support to the production and sample department.
∎ Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality-related issues by discussing with the factory and Management.
∎ Deal with customer complaints (if any) and detect faults and recommend corrective action in a timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
∎ Plan, organize, execute & ensure compliance of finished garments to the agreed specifications and quality standards and establish and maintain the quality plan for each product for all renowned customers.
∎ Accomplish the QC cycle of a factory by controlling samples; follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, organize PP meetings, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
∎ Provide training and education to the quality & production personnel; maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
∎ Train up and lead the factory GPQ team directly.
∎ Checking cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and report to the management.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, Implement buyer’s every work manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory.
∎ Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.
∎ Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory.
∎ Final inspection and confirm the quality of the end product.
∎ Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling the process from buyer end.
∎ Highlight quality report to vendor management and his own top management about any type of quality issue.
∎ Send final inspection report to buying-house, reporting boss, send a report to factory and buyer top management in critical quality and inspection issue.
∎ Follow-up the line feeding checklist First output review against the sample & technical file including measurements.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors.
∎ Follow up with the Executives & Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
∎ Closely monitor production process to meet the on-time delivery.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
