Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideal candidate's skills
∎
∎ Communication : Should be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English.
∎ Have knowledge of textile / sewing / pattern and be able to provide technical advise to the factory. Also be able to provide alternative proposal if necessary. (The final judgement should be made by Japan side)
∎ Problem solving orientation : Should be able to identify and analyse an/a existing/potential problem and find suitable solutions for each situation.
∎ Flexibility : Should be able to adopt slightly depending on the situation and you are open to new ideas and people.
∎ Teamwork : You are a team worker, but you can also work individually.
∎ Frequent communication with team members of Japan side and each suppliers is necessary.
∎ Can understand TS, instructions and requirements from Japan side well.
∎ Find the issue / discrepancy / misunderstanding at the early stage to avoid big problem before it's too late.
∎ Can advise factory technically about improvement plan / strategy with some problem from Japan side perspective.
∎ Inform and report Japan side immediately if there is any problem/concern.
∎ Can understand the client's needs, requirements and buyer's quality standard.
∎ Monitoring the production line daily
∎ Visit the factories on a regular basis
∎ Check the Lab dip/Print strike off/Samples before sending to Japan side as much as possible.(If there is any problem, ask factory to rearrange it.)
∎ Check the production progress, sewing and quality in line.
∎ Give the factory proper guidance to make it better ways to improve the quality.
∎ Sharing information with inline inspectors from 3rd party inspection company
∎ Check the sample comment from Japan side then sharing important points with 3rd party inspection company before inspection.(Sharing the revised points or tolerance if there is any.)
∎ Check the inline report and provide the guidance to the factory to improve, then make sure they are improved or not after a few days.
∎ Check the fabric/garment test report from Japan side
∎ Submit the daily report to Japan side
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
