Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that the fabric quality meets customer requirements – fabric quality/fabric lab testing/fabrics physical testing.
∎ Overview the QC department.
∎ Procedure writing & diffusion.
∎ Process & Procedure Auditing.
∎ External audits / 3rd party audits follow-up & quality issues.
∎ System improvements.
∎ Monitors the external yarn/dyes/chemical suppliers through periodic performance appraisal reports.
∎ Continuous communication improvement with internal & external parties.
∎ Continuous training of Head of Departments on SOP.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Top Management.
