Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure buyer QMS requirements are implemented across production processes.
Align factory operations with international quality standards and technical guidelines.
Conduct internal audits to check compliance with QMS protocols.
Monitor production processes (knitting, linking, finishing, packing) to ensure quality consistency.
Prepare for buyer audits and technical inspections.
Maintain records of quality checks, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Prepare reports for management and buyers on QMS compliance status.
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective measures.
Develop preventive strategies to avoid recurring defects or non-compliance.
Train workers and supervisors on QMS guidelines, buyer requirements, and quality standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Work closely with production, quality assurance, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth compliance.
Act as a bridge between factory management and buyers during audits.
