Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / related field

  • Minimum 6–8 years in apparel manufacturing (preferably woven bottom), with at least 3 years in QMS leadership Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context:

To lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for the woven bottom product category across the entire manufacturing process from fabric cutting to final shipment. The role ensures compliance with buyer requirements, internal standards, and ISO 9001:2015 through system development, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement.

  • QMS Implementation & Oversight:

    • Manage and ensure QMS is effectively implemented throughout the factory, covering the end-to-end production cycle.

    • Monitor and supervise compliance with all QMS requirements based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.

    • Coordinate with departments to maintain system integrity and continuous improvement.

  • Documentation & SOP Development:

    • Develop, update, and maintain quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and policy documents.

    • Ensure version control and availability of technical files and controlled documents at all points of use.

  • Audit & Compliance:

    • Prepare for and lead internal QMS and technical audits; support external and buyer audits.

    • Identify non-conformities and lead root cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) plans.

  • Training & Capacity Building:

    • Plan and deliver regular QMS, ISO 9001:2015, and technical training programs to relevant personnel.

    • Build quality awareness and ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report QMS-related KPIs and quality metrics (e.g., defect rate, audit scores, first-pass yield).

    • Submit reports to senior management highlighting performance, gaps, and improvement plans.

  • Buyer & Technical Requirements:

    • Interpret buyer manuals, technical standards, and quality protocols to ensure full compliance.

    • Act as the technical point of contact for quality queries from buyers and third-party auditors.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Lead quality improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) aligned with customer and company objectives.

    • Recommend and implement systemic improvements to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejection.
