• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Welding Engineering or related discipline.

• 5 to 7 years

• Minimum 5–7 years of QC welding inspection/supervision experience with steel tanks, pressure vessels, and heavy steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW).
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, and project quality systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced QC Welding Inspector/Supervisor to join our team for projects involving steel tanks, pressure vessels, and heavy steel structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising welding activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, codes, and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect welding activities during fabrication and erection of steel tanks and vessels.
• Verify and ensure compliance with WPS, PQR, and WQT requirements.
• Monitor welding parameters, materials, and consumables to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections of weld joints and coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT).
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, AWS, and other relevant codes/standards.
• Maintain records of inspections, welding logs, and quality documents for client submission.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients on quality-related issues.
• Provide guidance and supervision to welders and QC team members.
