- Masters of Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
- Certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a strong advantage

Additional Requirements:
- Age 36 to 42 years
- Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.
- Proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.
- Advance knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
Responsibilities & Context:
QC & QA Engineer’s job will predominantly revolve around following there.
key responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance during project implementation
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance with regular monitoring.
- Co-ordinate with vendors for equipment’s quality as per specification .
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems, policies, processes and documentation for the lifecycle of solar projects.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits at all project sites to identify quality issues and non-conformities.
- Identify risks and areas for improvement through root cause analysis and corrective /preventive measures.
- Actions to address quality issues and enhance project performance.
- Quality checking of site work and inspect project materials/Components & checking/inspection inspect site execution work.
- Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.
- Scheduling and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer)requirements and warranties.
- Responsible for ensuring personnel comply with standards, environment, health, safety at the site.
