∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ >As a QC:
∎ Provide raw goods and finish goods QC head department for testing
∎ Must able to perform lab test of finish and raw goods
∎ Check personal hygiene, health of Production workers and also sanitation & housekeeping
∎ Maintain and update ISO and Halal related documents (daily required) and analyze hazard of products during production
∎ Check product quality during & after production and monitor overall production line with cleanliness and if any issues happen instant solve the issues by communicating with employees or Production workers. If any quality issues found in product then investigate the actual cause and then report to head of QC and Production manager.
∎ Check with cleanliness freezer/chiller, shelf of products by maintaining expiry and date of production and FIFO and also check expiry and importer tag (for imported products) of products in warehouse/store as per food safety management system
∎ Check raw materials (raw goods and packaging materials) during receiving and check weight of finish products by maintaining report.
∎ If require, give instruction Production employees, packer, loader and delivery man for work improvement/Problem solved out
∎ Assist in work of head of QC & Have to stay in backup of Head of QC day off, leave or emergency situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
∎ Awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations
∎ An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP qualifications
∎ Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
∎ Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
∎
