Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support customers by answering product and membership service questions.
∎ Ensure top level of customer service and build rapport with customer and maintain.
∎ Responsible for always active for customer service.
∎ Need to check all records which are related to the daily task Paper sheet. For the Record controls all kinds of paper sheets must be returned to KB Factory When Task is complete or document sheet out of expiry.
∎ After receiving the product every day, need to check whether the packaging of the entire product is in the right way.
∎ Need to maintain demand sheet during receiving the product
∎ Need to maintain software record/ GRN during receiving the product.
∎ Need to maintain all type of machinery checklist
∎ Need to make a demand for frozen items from k Bakery factory as per 10 day stock keeping.
∎ Need to fix the duty time, Day off, shift under your all executive and BP according to your sales pic hour.
∎ Hourly stock Qty checking the fast food and bread items growth calculation for next week order analyses.
∎ Need to check the cleaner activities according to the Cleaning Schedule and sign the Cleaning checklist.
∎ Opening closing checklist fill up must be in front of the CCTV Area.
∎ Need to inform or share to customer about our various special service like-Gift card, membership card, Loyalty, Home delivery, B-Kash, Rocket, Nagad, Flexi load etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working within a team
∎ Awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations
∎ Experience of working towards quality standards
∎ An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP qualifications
