Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Basic requirements:
∎ Implement and maintain Quality system and audit procedure from fabric to shipment.
∎ Understand requirements and tune factory quality according to preference.
∎ Conduct audit of factories and suggest improvements.
∎ Capable of amending patterns and idea of different shape of pattern.
∎ Capable of Training and educating the sewing and finishing workers to achieve right quality.
∎ Guide factory in tough situation and avoid bottle neck in process.
∎ Conduct inline sewing, inline finishing and pre -final audit.
∎
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of different types of washes and technique to maintain the same in finishing process.
∎ Knowledge of different types of calibration and educating factory.
∎ Must have worked for some good catalogue or premium buyers.
∎
∎ Education Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
