Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with Vendor's Production and Quality teams to uphold HVEG's product quality standards and achieve targets.
∎ Oversee all aspects of quality control, proactively addressing production and quality issues through regular follow-up and control.
∎ Manage production by reviewing workmanship, fitting, and accessories.
∎ Implement corrective and preventive measures for defects and problems in coordination with Merchandisers.
∎ Conduct pre-production meetings, in-lines, pre-final, packing audits, and Final Random Inspections (FRI) according to SOP, ensuring all requirements for quality, testing, and packaging are met, with no potential risks.
∎ Provide regular and accurate production reports to the merchandising team in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation and quality SOPs.
∎ Uphold all disciplinary and compliance standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Male applicants preferred.
∎ Minimum 05 Years Quality control experience in both knit and woven.
∎ Experience with global companies or brands is a plus.
∎ Open and able to travel.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
∎ Able to operate MS Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook fluently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet target.
∎ Strong depth knowledge in RMG production and Quality.
