Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
∎ Skills Required: English level: Independent (B1 and B2)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Social and Environment Compliance, Sustainability
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Textile, Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to environmental, social, and ethical practices.
∎ Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
∎ Collecting and organizing data related to compliance and CSR initiatives, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
∎ Conduct internal audits frequently basis to assess compliance with sustainability practices and write comprehensive reports, add evidence and pictures, and submit on time.
∎ Identify potential compliance risks and propose measures to mitigate them.
∎ Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in sustainability and compliance to provide relevant insights.
∎ Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for sustainability disclosures and certifications.
∎ Stay updated with legal requirements in the region & emerging trends in the relevant fields and provide insights to the senior management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
∎ Willing to visit Factory 3-4 days in a week.
∎ Ability to work as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
∎ SA8000 Basic/Advance, ISO14001 lead auditor course is a plus.
∎ Proven interest and experience in sustainability, compliance, CSR, or a related role is a plus.
Salary:
